• Per Diem Basis
(Payment required at time of service completion)
$85 / Hr
• Pre-Paid
(Pre-Paid block in 10, 20 & 30hour
increments)
10 Hour Pre-Paid Block $75 / Hour - $750
20 Hour Pre-Paid Block $65 / Hour - $1300
30 Hour Pre-Paid Block $50 / Hour - $1500
